  • PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNED ITEM(S) MUST THEN BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN A FURTHER TIME PERIOD OF 14 DAYS IN ORDER FOR THE REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. ITEMS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RETURNS THAT ARE DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR POSTAGE INSURANCE IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE VALUE OF ITEM(S) SENT.

  • RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED AND IN PERFECT SALEABLE CONDITION COMPLETE WITH ALL AUTHENTICITY CARDS, DUSTBAGS AND PACKAGING WITH TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MEAN THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER YOU A REFUND AND THE GOODS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

  • IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN WE WILL NEED PROOF OF PURCHASE. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS WITH YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S).

  • REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS RETURNED. DUE TO THE VARYING PROCESSING TIMES OF PAYMENT PROVIDERS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS FOR FUNDS TO SHOW IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE HOWEVER IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR GIFT PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO OFFER A CREDIT NOTE, VALID FOR 12 MONTHS.

WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR MIND BUT WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.

OUR STOCK LEVELS ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING SO WE SUGGEST YOU PLACE YOUR NEW ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE AND CARE IN SELECTING, PACKAGING AND SENDING OUT ALL OUR REGULAR ORDERS. HOWEVER, WE APPRECIATE THAT ON RARE OCCASIONS WE MIGHT MISS SOMETHING OR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. IF THIS HAPPENS PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEPT AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION OR OFFER A REFUND AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN.
